Terms of use
Last updated 2026-10-26
These terms are the agreement between you and Half Full Glass, MB, a company registered in Lithuania (company code 306879622), at Vytenio 15, Vilnius, which runs Falora ("we"). By using Falora you accept them. If you don't, please don't use it.
What Falora is
Falora teaches languages through conversation with AI tutors: lessons planned around what you tell us, free conversation, and feedback on your pronunciation. The tutors are AI, not people. They can be wrong, and the scores, levels and exam estimates they give are practice feedback, not official results. We don't promise any exam result.
Your account
- You sign in with a Google account. You must be at least 16.
- Your account is for you alone. Keep your Google account secure: whoever can sign in to it can use Falora as you.
- You can download your data or delete your account at any time from your profile.
Plans and payment
- Plans are sold by our reseller, Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for every order: it takes the payment, charges any tax and issues the invoices. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase.
- A plan includes up to 150turns with your tutors a day (a turn is one reply from a tutor). The allowance starts again every day at midnight UTC, and your profile shows how much of today's you have used.
- A plan renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. A free trial becomes a paid plan when it ends, unless you cancel before then.
- You can cancel at any time under Manage billing on your profile. Your lessons stay open until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Refunds follow Paddle's refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law where you live.
- We may change prices. A change applies from your next renewal, and we'll tell you before it does.
Using Falora fairly
Please don't:
- use Falora to harass anyone, or to make or share anything illegal or harmful;
- try to get round its limits or security, copy it at scale, or make it do something other than teach you;
- share your account, or resell access to it.
We may suspend or close an account that does, and tell you why.
What you say
What you say and write in lessons stays yours. You let us process it to run your lessons, to remember your progress, and to keep Falora working. How we do that is in the Privacy notice.
Changes and availability
We keep improving Falora, and tutors, languages and features may change. We aim to keep it running at all times but can't promise it will never be down. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you before it applies.
Liability
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or of our negligence. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim there.
